In Indonesia the awareness to managing the natural resources arises, particularly in the industry itself. numbers of furniture manufacturers has joined the program for conserving the wood resources, and also use a certified wood for their furniture material. Numbers of non-profit organizations offer to join the forestation program and it brings advantages for the furniture manufacturers. Most importers, commonly from more developed country, prefer to purchase certified wood furniture because they are sure that the wood material is legal.
